“The greatest blessings come to the one who freely gives and expects nothing in return.”

As we enter August the pace of ministry seems to increase and we just are so thankful that we have so many opportunities that the Lord has opened for ministry. I believe that the greatest gift we can share is the Gospel, where a life can be transformed by the inward working power of our Lord.
At present we are busy running a Ladies Bible School. Last year I had a number of my students ask if we could not arrange a special School time for their wives. They commented that they were learning so much but that their wives were being left out. And so we started a wives Bible School programme and it has been so well received. We are so fortunate that we have a lady teacher, Renata, who willingly comes and spends time teaching the Ladies. Ladies are very influential up here in different ways to how we would see it. She certainly has a way of making an impact in the home, church and society.
My family is still at the Lodge on Lake Tanganyika, lodge sitting. They have also been very busy with a number of guests coming and going. I look forward to joining them tonight for a few nights before I return. As many of you are aware we only have two games of the World Cup left. This outreach has been such a great success in so many areas. Thank you for your prayers!!!! It comes to a close on Sunday and I look forward to our lives getting back into their usual routine. But oh it has been so worth it!!
